Development &

Project Management

When engaged early in the planning process, Rich-Port Hospitality will work with the client to develop (1) a detailed scope of work, (2) the project budget and (3) a detailed execution schedule ensuring the project is set up for success from the start.   Once established, these three coordinated elements will be used to guide the team and track progress.

Rich-Port will then manage the RFP process including contract negotiation, coordinate the design,  supervise construction, manage FF&E procurement and produce full reporting.

Advisory Services & Owner Representation

Even if your project does not require full project management services, Rich-Port can play a valuable role on your team by providing process oversight.

We leverage our experience and extensive knowledge of the industry in identifying professional resources, reviewing proposals, analyzing bids, negotiating contracts and assessing the quality and efficiency of construction.  Objective cost and status reporting can be provided to keep you informed throughout the process.

Brand Representation

& Technical Services

For hotel brands and operator clients that are not the developer, Rich-Port can play a valuable role by representing you in the course of the development process.

As your representative in the development team, we will ensure brand standards are not compromised and the interests of the operation are considered at every stage of the process.
